Critical Incident Stress Management Volunteers

Description
Members of Teams receive intensive training in Critical Incident Stress Debriefing, with speciallized training for responding to First Responders and for general community groups. This training is Certified by the International Critical Incident Stress Management Institute and follows the Mitchell Model. Experienced Volunteers can receive training to become Incident Coordinators. Training opportunities are sponsored in the Fall of the year by Gryphon Place; however, other Certified Training offerrings are available.
